THE CHALLENGE

We hear everywhere now that ‘change is the new normal’, and of course it is. Most leaders we ask tell us that they believe change is actually accelerating, and new changes arrive even more the previous changes have been bedded in. As front-line leaders, you are having change done to you from above, so you are required to be a change ‘supporter’. But you also have to get buy-in for changes you want to make with your team. In this instance you are a change catalyst. Either way, leading change well is a key career success factor.
